Using a breast slider mod to lower the vertical position or increase the scale, for example, results in an unsightly gap under the breasts - even despite the fact that all other outfits look fine. However, most of the base game bra and bikini tops have very little tolerance for anything other than the built-in breast slider. I find they just don't look quite right until I make some adjustments using Delphy's Breast Slider mod. I like the game's built-in breast slider, but I found it made large breasts terribly unrealistic - too high and torpedo-y.
